Standard-speed service versus urgent-speed service
Urgent-speed service is available. In your email, include:

10% to 75% urgent-speed surcharge. 100% urgent-speed surcharge for last-minute service.

Delivery of completed job
Delivery deadline: you will receive the completed work by or on the delivery deadline stated on the quotation.
Reply email to confirm you have received and can open the completed work on your document(s).
Payments and invoicing
Prepayment - discount available - pay before work starts
Receive a discount for prepayment.
Depending on the personal information provided with your order and your history working with us, we may request, at the time of quotation, a prepayment in part as a deposit or for the full job amount.
The work will start after the payment is received, and the delivery deadline will be adjusted accordingly.
Postpayment - Payment within 7 days of completion
Post-payment is accepted in many cases and is due within 7 days of receiving the delivery of the work.
The payment term of 7 days applies irrespective of whether follow-up work, further work or additional work is required on your documents.
Please discuss with us about a flexible payment term for payments from your organization's budget or funds.
Payment methods
Payment is accepted by international bank transfer, online by credit card and by PayPal.
Local bank transfers can be made to Hong Kong. You will be required to cover bank transfer fees. Account details will be provided with your quotation.
Online credit card payment or Paypal payment can be made by clicking the Credit Card menu item on the left side of the screen. If the currency indicated does not match the currency you need to pay (currency on the quotation), then change country using the drop-down at the top-right of the screen.
Request a receipt or invoice in PDF format
For every job we will email you a clear quotation and email you to confirm receipt of your payment.
If you require a formal invoice or formal receipt in PDF format for fund reimbursement, please let us know your requirement and the documents will be emailed or posted to you.
